General terms and conditions of sale (GTC)

1. Purpose

These terms and conditions govern sales made on the website www.gratitudeflow.fr operated by the company Angela.
They define the respective rights and obligations of the seller and the customer regarding the purchase of digital products offered by Gratitude Flow.

2. Products

The products offered are exclusively downloadable digital files (PDF) .
No physical products have been shipped to date.

3. Orders and payments

Payments are secured via Shopify Payments (credit cards, Stripe) and PayPal .
The order becomes final once payment has been validated.

4. File delivery

Upon validation of the order, the customer receives an automatic email containing the download link for the purchased digital product.

5. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L121-21-8 of the Consumer Code, no refund can be given for downloaded digital products.
By confirming their purchase, the customer expressly waives their right of withdrawal.

6. Customer support

For any technical difficulties (invalid link, download problem), the customer can write to hello@gratitudeflow.fr .
Gratitude Flow is committed to responding within a maximum of 48 working hours .

7. Intellectual Property

The notebooks, texts, prayers and content of the Gratitude Flow website are protected by copyright.
Any reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
