At Gratitude Flow, each creation is designed to accompany a meaningful journey with clarity and intention.Our products are currently 100% digital, meaning no physical shipment is required.

Digital products (PDF files)

In accordance with Article L121-21-8 of the Consumer Code, digital files are neither refundable nor exchangeable once the download link has been sent.

If you encounter an error preventing access to the file (corrupted file, download impossible, etc.), our team will take all necessary steps to resolve the issue within 48 business hours at: hello@gratitudeflow.fr

Physical products (coming soon)

Our future editions will follow a clear return policy: only items with printing defects or damage may be returned or exchanged. As long as a product corresponds to the description and the visuals on the site, it will be considered conforming.
